| 摘 要： | 旅游资源开发价值被夸大是目前旅游资源评价和旅游规划的一大误区。本文分析了该误区的特点。着重探讨了误区形成的理论原因、方法原因和现实原因。初步提出树立大旅游的观念，正确认识旅游的区域影响；深入理解旅游资源开发价值，形成其评价的理论系统；丰富和创新评价方法，构建科学适用的评价模型等走出误区的途径。

| Abstract: | The development value of tourism resources being exaggerated is one of the misunderstandings in the evaluation of tourism resources and tourism planning. The present paper gives an analysis to the causes leading to the misunderstanding from the point of view of theory, methodology and practice. Specifically, the solution to the problem is as follows: emancipating the mind, getting a better understanding of the regional disadvantages and the development value, establishing a theoretical system of evaluation, enriching and creating the evaluation methodology, and constructing a scientific and practical evaluation mode. |
