| 摘 要： | 加强教风建设是提高人才培养质量的前提,是学校内涵建设的重要载体。基于此,从职业意识、治学态度、知识容量、学术品行、管理制度等方面,分析我国高校教风建设存在的问题,从加强师德教育、强化教学的中心地位、强化师资队伍建设、建立健全教风建设的各种机制和管理规章制度、充分发挥榜样的带头作用等方面,提出加强教风建设的措施和办法,并进行了实践,收到了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the teaching style construction is the premise of improving the quality of talent cultivation,and the vital carrier of university connotation construction. This article analyzed some problems existing in the teaching style construction in colleges and universities of our country from the following aspects,i. e. career awareness,educational？philosophy,capacity of knowledge,ac-ademic character and management system. Furthermore,this paper also proposed a series of measures which can help to strengthen the teaching style construction such as strengthening the teachers＇ professional ethics education,intensifying the center position of teaching, strengthening teachers team construction,establishing and improving a variety of mechanisms and regulations of teaching style construc-tion and giving full play to the leading role of the model. Finally,this research fulfilled several parts of the theory and achieved great results. |
