| 摘 要： | 根据矿业类紧缺人才培养的需求,以矿业类专业群为基础,体现和落实"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的改革重点、创新模式,制定校内培养方案,不仅包含知识传授的要求,还包含能力培养和素质形成的要求;充分利用社会办学资源的优势,制定校外培养方案,推动校企合作,共同深入开展学生的培养工作。

| Abstract: | According to the training needs of the scarce mining talents,on the basis of mining engineering group,the school train-ing scheme should be developed to embody and implement the reform focus and innovation mode of the“outstanding engineers training plan”,which contains not only the requirement of knowledge,but also ability training and quality formation. We should make full use of the advantages of social education resources,develop the external training scheme,promote school-enterprise cooperation,and work hard to cultivate students together. |
