| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,做好大学生思想政治工作应准确把握学生的思想、学习和生活实际情况;切实转变管理理念,树立"以学生为本"的教育管理思想;坚持依法治校,建立一套科学、规范、完善的学生工作制度,积极营造和谐的校园文化氛围,使制度建设和文化建设并重;继承传统思想政治教育的精华,并使之融入新时期社会发展趋势和大学生个性特点之中,推动大学生思想政治工作的新发展。

| Abstract: | To conduct student ideological and political work successfully in the new situation,the following points must be paid attention to: establishing 'student-oriented' educational management ideas based on the knowledge of students' ideas,learning and daily life,and transforming management ideas;setting up a scientific,standardized and complete system of student work and creating a harmonious atmosphere of campus culture;inheriting the essence of traditional ideas of ideological and political life and promoting the development of student ideological and political work by combining the traditional ideas with the new trends. |
