| 摘 要： | 对超个人心理学的基本发展及其地位、定义进行了简要介绍,并以超个人心理学理论中的意识论为重点,通过对维尔伯的意识谱理论、可瑞普纳对意识状态的划分以及进入意识异常状态的主要方法等代表理论的介绍和分析,对超个人心理学中的意识研究进行了简要的回顾和梳理．

| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction to the development, status and definition of the transpersonal psychology. Besides, based on consciousness theory of transpersonal psychology, it also briefly reviews the studies of consciousness in psychology by analyzing the theory of the spectrum of consciousness described by Ken Wilber, the partition of consciousness states and the way to reach altered states of consciousness. |
