| 摘 要： | 笔者在中学高一高二女生800m教学中运用发现教学法遵循创设发现问题的情境，激发学生兴趣，进而建立解决问题假设和实验验证的基本教学程序，在教学实践中采用分组分段计时跑和间歇跑等手段，在激发学生兴趣的基础上，培养了学生的速度时间感和距离感，取得了良好的教学效果。
