摘    要:笔者在中学高一高二女生800m教学中运用发现教学法遵循创设发现问题的情境,激发学生兴趣,进而建立解决问题假设和实验验证的基本教学程序,在教学实践中采用分组分段计时跑和间歇跑等手段,在激发学生兴趣的基础上,培养了学生的速度时间感和距离感,取得了良好的教学效果。
