| 摘 要： | 高等院校试办高水平运动队存在着生源不足、运动训练和学习有尖锐冲突、运动员的营养和医疗保健不足、教练员队伍缺乏经验等问题,要更好地管理高水平运动队,必须构建训练实施者宏观的智能结构、建立健全"一条龙"训练体制、加强教练员队伍建设、运动训练与体育科学研究有机结合、健全运动员学籍管理制度,等等,方可使高校高水平运动队的建设向着有序、积极、规范、高效的方向发展.
