| 摘 要： | 江泽民在十六大报告中就国际形势和对外工作作了精辟论述，认为国际局势虽然复杂多变，但和平与发展仍是时代主题，我们要正确把握世界多极化和经济全球化的发展趋势。江泽民提出要以新的发展观、安全观积极推进建立公正合理的国际政治经济新秩序，主张维护世界多样性，提倡国际关系民主化和发展模式多样性，强调坚决反对一切形式的恐怖主义，并提出了正确处理国家间关系的基本方针。

| Abstract: | The author studys Jiang Zemin's doplomatic strategy andtactful thought in this paper.Jiang Zemin exactly discusses the international situation and China's external work in the 16th national corgress paper of the C.P.C,and holds that though the international situation is changing and complicated,the peace and development are the era theme,so China should accurately grasp the developing tendency of the world's economy globlization.Jiang Zemin thinks that we should put forward to building a fair and reasonable world political and economic new situation with a view new of development and security,and safeguard the world's deversifing,and advocate the democrazation of national relationship and multiform modle of development,and stress on against all of terrors,and put forward to the basic strategy of dealing with national relationship accurately. |
