| 摘 要： | 目的:研究HSP27和HSP70在膀胱癌中的表达和意义.方法:应用免疫组化SP法,检测73例膀胱癌组织中的HSP27和HSP70的表达.结果:HSP27和HSP70在膀胱癌中的阳性表达率分别为45.21%(33/73)和34.25%(25/73).HSP27的表达随分级和分期呈降低趋势,但组间无明显性差异(P＞0.05);HSP70的表达与膀胱癌的分级和分期呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论:HSP27和HSP70的表达可作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度的指标,并为肿瘤化学治疗提供依据.

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the expression and significance of heat shock protein27 and 70 in bladder carcinoma . Methods:Immunohistochemical manner for HSP27 and HSP70 were performed on 73 cases of bladder carcinoma. Results:the total positive rates of HSP27 and HSP 70 were 45.21%(33/73) and 34.25%(25/73). the positive rate of HSP27 was increased with the cleuelopment of grade and clinical stage of bladder carcinoma,but there was no association among the groups; the expression of HSP70 was associated with grade and clinical stage of bladder carcinoma. Conlusion: the expression of HSP27 and HSP70 can be used asar important pathological index and may be helpful for the treatment of bladder carcinoma. |
