| 摘 要： | 在篮球比赛中,前锋既是球队的主要得分手,又是助攻手,也是抢篮板球的主要队员,要出色完成进攻和防守任务,赢得比赛的主动权,须以合理的行动为基础,而球场上其一切行动都是运动员在意识指导下完成的,意识是篮球运动员最宝贵的“精髓”,是指导正确行动“活的灵魂”,通过资料的分析,推理,归纳,阐述了前锋意识的培养方法。

| Abstract: | In the basketball game,the forwards are the main point gainers,ball passing assistants and rebound players,thus,to finish the task of offence and defense with excellence,to take the right of initiative,they should take reasonable and correct actions.Also,all right actions in the game are reflected objectively in the players under the guidance of their right awareness,which is the players' most precious "marrow" and is also a "living spirit" guiding the appropriate action.The author explains forward cultivation method through the data analysis,reasoning and induction. |
