| 摘 要： | 江苏开放大学是江苏全民学习的共享平台和终身教育体系的支持载体，紧密结合江苏经济社会发展，合理设置专业是学校的重要任务之一。笔者以江苏开放大学“农业资源与环境（农业与农产品安全）”专业为例，提出开放大学专业构建的人本主义理念、与社会经济发展需求高度契合的现实选择、满足应用性要求的操作路径和教学过程的“泛”资源思路。

| Abstract: | Open University is the sharing platform of national learning and the supporting carrier of lifelong learning in Jiangsu Province, thus one of its key duty is to set feasible majors according to the real situation of the social and economical development of Jiangsu Province. Taking the construction of the major of agricultural resource and environment （ agriculture and safety of agri- cultural products ） in Jiangsu Open University as an example, the author proposes that the major construction in open university should hold human-oriented concept, closely combine the social and economic development, meet the requirement of applicable operation and employ ＂broad＂ teaching resource. |
