摘    要:随着新课程改革的推行和逐步深入,中学生的课堂问题行为层出不穷,因而对课堂管理的研究也日益为人们所重视."行为窗"是美国课堂管理流派人文主义心理咨询派代表人物之一托马斯·戈登的纪律模式中自我概念模式的核心内容,它为我们透视和解析中学生课堂问题行为提供了很好的启示.

Abstract:With the development of new curriculum reform,the behavior problems of middle school students appear endlessly,thus the research on classroom management becomes more and more important."Behavior Window",the core of self-concept in the discipline model theory,is advocated by Thomas Gordon,one of the representatives of the American humanism psychological counseling in classroom management."Behavior Window" theory has revealed the way for us to solve the problem.
