| Abstract: | With the development of new curriculum reform,the behavior problems of middle school students appear endlessly,thus the research on classroom management becomes more and more important."Behavior Window",the core of self-concept in the discipline model theory,is advocated by Thomas Gordon,one of the representatives of the American humanism psychological counseling in classroom management."Behavior Window" theory has revealed the way for us to solve the problem. |
