| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了图书馆知识管理的内涵与目标，根据知识管理的PSCA闭环理论，提出图书馆知识管理包含知识生成、知识积累、知识交流、知识应用4个方面，探讨了知识资源、技术资源及人力资源3个方面对图书馆知识管理的支撑作用及相互关系，构建了一个基于PSCA闭环的图书馆知识管理模式。最后从知识生成、知识积累、知识交流、知识应用4个方面分别探讨了图书馆知识管理的实施对策。

| Abstract: | This paper chose the thesis of "the research on library knowledge management based on PSCA closed loop",in order to introduce the theories,methods and techniques of the knowledge management into the library practice,and to put forwards valuable suggestions in the library theory and practice.This paper expounded on the meanings and objective of the library knowledge,and pointed out that the library knowledge includes 4 aspects:knowledge producing,knowledge stocking,knowledge communication and knowledge application.And it is suggested that the importance and the relationship of the human resource,knowledge resource and technique resource should be considered seriously.Finally this paper put forwards specific ways and measures of the library knowledge management.This paper also showed an expression of the library knowledge management according to the process and ingredients:LKM=H(K*T)s+i.In this paper,the basic theory,influencing ingredients,the pattern and measures were researched which may be helpful to the library business. |
