| 摘 要： | 本文通过电子政务建设与政府信息获取关系的深入探讨,指出电子政务建设必须基于政府信息为所有个人或组织获取利用的前提.当前,政府网站建设的进步与网上信息获取的低效已经限制和影响了电子政务的发展.同时,通过我国政府网站信息获取与利用状况的分析,提出改进措施与对策.
