摘    要:最近十年生物化学理论教学中糖类研究相关内容不断增加,而实验教学中却没有做到同步改进。本文针对这一问题为本科生生化课程设计了多糖提取、纯化高级生化技术实验,并通过在50名学生中进行的尝试性试验对其实施效果、注意要点做了深入探讨。

Abstract:During the past ten years, great progress of carbohydrate research and glycobiology has been made in the theoretical teaching of biochemisty,but the same increasing of experimental teaching was not observed. To resolve this problem a new experiment the extraction and purification of polysaccharides,was designed for advanced biochemic technique teaching. The key points of the experiment process and the effect evaluation were given through a small-scale test with 50 students.
