| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机已影响到国内实体经济和高校毕业生的就业.文章从宏观和微观层面分析了高职毕业生就业状况,指出应用型技术人才的需求并未明显下降且有可能恢复性上升.目前,高职院校需要在"稳定规模,调整结构"上作好文章:以示范性高职院校建设为契机,提升人才培养质量;以地区产业结构调整为导向,优化专业设置;以产学研合作为平台,改革人才培养模式;实施人才强校战略,提升师资队伍整体水平,为"后危机时代"的发展夯实基础.
