| 摘 要： | 重视学生实践能力、动手能力的培养,适应市场需求的高素质应用型人才的培养已经成为高等学校教育教学改革的共识。《创业之星》企业管理沙盘模拟实验教学通过情景模拟、角色扮演、综合应用等激发学生积极性,培养学生学习能力和团队协作能力。本文论述了《创业之星》企业管理沙盘模拟实验教学的内容和优势,并结合教学过程谈一些经验和启示。
