| 摘 要： | 根据管理的人本原理，图书馆人的整体素质对图书馆工作的绩效是至关重要的因素。本文拟就图书馆馆员素质集合亦即单个图书馆的馆员整体素质进行探讨，以期更好地实现图书馆服务于大众、服务于社会的目标。
