| 摘 要： | 我国入世过渡期结束、外贸经营权放开以后，以前为国有专业外贸公司提供货源的厂家获得外贸出口权，国有专业外贸公司面临失去货源和客户的风险。为此，90年代后半期以后不少专业外贸公司纷纷向实业化转型。该文根据有关经济学理论对此问题进行了探讨，并对今后国有专业外贸公司的发展问题提出了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | When the transitional period after China's entrance into WTO ends and the right of operating international trade releases,those companies which used to supply goods and materials to state-owned special trade companies obtain the right to operate international trade.Thus,the state-owned special trade companies face the risks of losing supply of goods and customers.Therefore,many special trade companies turn into industrialized ones.This paper discusses this issue based on relevant economic theories and puts forward opinions on the development of those state-owned special trade companies. |
