| 摘 要： | 高等教育事业的发展对现代化建设的全局具有深远的战略意义，但对于高速发展进入大众化教育阶段的高等教育来说，也不可避免地带来相关问题，如不采取切实有效的措施加以解决，势必影响高等教育的健康发展。因此，高等教育大众化阶段应解决好数量与质量、规模与效益、招生与就业、普通高等教育与高等职业技术教育等诸多问题。
