| 摘 要： | 分析了我国服装零售业现有的主要模式的优缺点,进而在借鉴了零库存管理、供应链整合、直营连锁经营及国内外一些服装企业的经营模式的基础上,提出了一个新的模式设想,即把连锁经营和直营管理相结合,发展连锁经营,用直营管理的方式进行管理的零库存连锁直营管理模式,并阐述了该模式的运作要点。

| Abstract: | The merits and demerits of the current models of clothing retail business in China are analysed.A new concept of zero-stock chain and direct management combined model is presented.The new concept integrates the experience of zero-stock management,supply chain integration,direct management,and business models of some domestic and foreign clothing enterprises.The key points of the operation of the model are discussed. |
