| 摘 要： | 我国婚姻法规定夫妻之间应当互相忠实。该规定对维护家庭的稳定与社会的和谐都有着十分重要的作用。但是，此规定具体有何意义，以及在现实中由于定义本身的模糊性所造成的局限，都是应当引起关注的问题。本文对该规定的意义及其局限性进行了浅显的分析。
