| 摘 要： | 网络社会已然形成,但其虚拟性、匿名性等特征,使得网络社会的秩序遵守,道德守卫,法律控制变得棘手。因此,建构网络道德规范,给网络社会设上第一道防线,显得尤为迫在眉睫。要从网络社会的特征出发对症下药,结合现实社会中的道德规范,建构网络道德规范,为网民架设一道网络伦理底线和防火墙。

| Abstract: | The network society,which posseses dummy and anonymous features and so on,has been come into being.The qualities are stubborn for the people to abide by the network social order,guard the morals and use laws to control.So it is imperative to construct the network moral regulation,reinforce the building of network subject and set up the first line of defense for the network society.Suitting the remedy to the problem from the beginning of the character of the network society and combining the real social moral regulations,constructing the network moral regulation,and setting up a network ethic base line and firewall are our main tasks. |
