中国报纸分类广告经营策略探析

摘    要:报纸分类广告是我国报业经济的重要支撑点。现阶段,报纸分类广告经营策略是:培育大众广告观念,充分挖掘分类广告资源;坚持广告内容、版面创新;积极推行广告代理制;提高广告服务水平和质量;灵活制定广告价格策略;实施差异化广告经营策略;发展报纸媒体在线分类广告。

Abstract:Administrative act is constituted of administrative action and administrative omission. Currently, we usually define administrative omission as an illegal administrative action in academic field. The author thinks that we can distinguish the difference of administrative omission and illegal administrative action in theory and practice only when we have grasped the essence of administrative omission and have taken hold of the important document of it.
