创新应用型广告人才培养模式初探

摘    要:广告行业在全媒体时代对广告专业人才提出了新的要求,而高校广告专业在人才培养方面则存在诸多不足,应构建有效的人才培养模式以适应行业的需求。导入实战项目,加强和业界的沟通与合作,有助于创新应用型广告人才的培养。基于项目驱动的创新应用型广告人才培养模式可概括为"一条主线、一个核心、一大保障、两大体系"。

Abstract:In the all-media era,new requirements have been put forward to advertising professionals in the advertising industry while there are many insufficiencies in the education of advertising professional talents;therefore,an effective personnel training mode should be set up in order to meet the needs of the advertising industry.Introduction of practical projects and strengthening communication and cooperation within the industry is helpful to cultivate innovative applied advertising talents.Applied advertising talents cultivation model which is based on project-driven innovation can be summed up as"a common thread,one core,a security,two big systems."
