摘    要:推进人才培养模式改革和课程建设一直是高职教育的热点问题。山东商业职业技术学院会计电算化专业在科学分析人才培养定位的基础上,从对中小企业会计核算与财务管理岗位群工作任务分析入手,将会计相关职业证书竹要求融入教学内容,重构了工作过程系统化的专业课程体系,形成了“课证深度融合、四环双轨递进”工学结合人才培养模式,突出了高职教育的职业性、应用性和针对性。

Reformation and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode of "Integration of Curricula and Certificates, Four Steps and Two Abilities in Succession" in Accountant Computing Specialty in Higher Vocational College

Abstract:It is always a hot issue to push forward the reformation and construction of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational education. On the basis of scientific analysis of the orientation of talent cultivation mode, accountant computing specialty in Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology creates the cultivation mode of "integration of curricula and certificate, four steps and two abilities in succession" based on the analysis of work tasks in accounting- related professions. This new mode is characterized by its profession, practice and pertinent.
