| 摘 要： | 为解决高校人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧不适应的结构性矛盾,国家提出"产教融合"的战略思路和"创新教育组织形态"的政策导向,目前试点院校主要集中在应用型本科院校,其内设的新型教育组织被命名为产业学院或行业学院等。本研究梳理大学教育组织创新的理论研究成果与实践基础;分析传统教育组织形态对当前产教融合创新内涵的不适应;借鉴组织形态管理理论"10S企业形态分析模型",搭建应用型本科院校产教融合教育组织新形态的架构;设计各个组成结构向新形态演进的路线,全面构建应用型本科院校产教融合教育组织新形态。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the structural contradiction between the supply side of talent cultivation in universities and the demand side of industry,our country puts forward the strategic thinking of"integration between industry and education"and the policy guidance of"innovation of the form of educational organization".At present,the pilot colleges are mainly application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and the new educational organization within them is named institute of industry or institute of vocation.This study sorts out current theoretical research and practical basis of the innovation of university educational organization,and analyzes the problems for traditional education organization in the process of adapting to the current new connotation of integrating industry and education.Using the theory of organization form management"10 morphological analysis model"as a reference,this study constructs the framework of new form of education organization integrating industry and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and designs the route of each structure evolving into the new form so as to comprehensively construct the new form of educational organization integrating industry and education. |
