| 摘 要： | 当代大学生肩负着推动我国各项事业又好又快发展的重任,而高校大学生的培养不仅需要各学科教师的不断努力,更需要辅导员发挥引领作用,因此,高校辅导员队伍建设成为高校日常工作的重要组成部分,建立一套切实可行的高校辅导员队伍建设总体方案迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | As a new youth of the times,contemporary college students shoulder the heavy responsibility of promoting the sound and rapid development of all kinds of undertakings in China.The cultivation of college students requires not only the constant efforts of teachers of various disciplines,but also the powerful guidance of counselors.Therefore,the counselor team construction in the new era has naturally become an important part of the daily work of colleges and universities.It is also urgent to establish a practical and feasible overall plan for the team construction of college counselors. |
