学生素质教育与心理学关系研究

摘    要:一个人的综合素质涉及多方面的内容,主要有身体素质、专业技能水平、心理素质等,对于一个人来说心理素质的提高是影响到整个人综合素质水平进一步提高的重要内在因素,只有心理素质成熟才可以说个体真正达到了成熟的标准,尤其对于一个学生来说更是如此。学生阶段正是一个人各方面素质发展成熟的重要时期,在这个阶段进一步加强心理教育,对于学生综合素养的培养具有重要意义。文章从素质教育工作以及心理学方面入手进行研究,以寻找通过心理教育加强综合素质提升的途径。

Abstract:A person's comprehensive quality involves many aspects,such as physical quality,professional skill level,psychological quality and so on.For a person,the improvement of psychological quality is an important internal factor affecting the further improvement of the overall quality level of the whole person.Only when the psychological quality is mature,can the individual really reach the mature standard,especially.This is especially true for a student.Student stage is an important period for the development of a person's all-round qualities.It is of great significance to further strengthen education in psychological aspect for the cultivation of students'overall comprehensive qualities.This paper starts from the quality education work and psychology,in order to find ways to enhance comprehensive quality through psychological education.
