摘    要:中国已进入高质量发展阶段,构建新发展格局是战略选择,教育体系建设在教育高质量发展中具有牵引作用。这一时期,高等教育的地位在上升,“基础性、先导性、全局性”不断深化,“决定性、民生性”逐渐凸显。受新时代特征、世界大变局、科技革命、教育普及化等因素影响,教育内涵开始发生深刻变化。高等学校要在国家需求中寻找发展方位,融入“双循环”,参与结构体系调整,开展教育模式探索。教育评价要适应并引领时代变革,为高校按新发展理念高质量发展护航。

Abstract:China has entered the stage of high-quality development.It is a strategic choice to build a new development pattern.The construction of an education system plays a leading role in the high-quality development of education.At this time,the status of higher education is improving;the"basic,leading,and overall"nature is deepening,"decisiveness and people’s livelihood"is gradually highlighted.Influenced by the characteristics of the new era,the great changes in the world,the scientific and technological revolution,the popularization of education and other factors,the connotation of education began to change profoundly.Colleges and universities should find their development orientation in meeting the national needs,integrate into the"double cycle",adjust the structure system,and explore the education mode.Education evaluation should adapt to and lead the changes of the times,and escort the high-quality development of colleges and universities in accordance with the new development concept.
