| 摘 要： | 价值链视角下企业参与职业教育动力不足的原因在于:合作育人的多重属性,混淆了企业责任与利益的关系;人才培养质量不高,企业的价值回报不足;价值回流不均,企业利益得不到有效保障.解决这种动力不足的对策包括明确责权关系、提高价值回报、建立补偿机制.
