棉花实验班人才培养模式改革成效及存在问题分析

摘    要:主要总结了棉花实验班人才培养模式改革取得的成效,并对存在的问题进行分析。结果表明,在改革中将跨学科教育理念融入棉花实验班人才培养全过程,实现从传统教育向突出应用、强化能力、注重创新理念转变,传统教育理念向跨学科教育理念的转变。通过设定“知识、能力、素质”三位一体的人才培养目标,并定位于服务棉花全产业链;采用“2.5+1+0.5”分段培养方式,实现跨学科人才培养模式改革。对部分核心课程实行理论实践一体化教学改革,促进传统教学模式向跨学科教学模式转变。同时,从人才培养模式改革的理论研究、与“新农科”建设的结合度、教师的实践能力、社会及企业参与度等方面分析改革存在的问题,研究结果可为农科类本科人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the achievements of the training model reform of cotton experiment class,and analyzes the existing problems.The results show that in the course of reform,the concept of interdisciplinary education is integrated into the whole process of training,and we have realized the transformation from traditional education to the new education with the new concepts of emphasizing application,strengthening ability and paying attention to innovative ideas.By setting the goals of"knowledge,ability and quality"and positioning to serve the whole industry chain,we have adopted the section training model of"2.5+1+0.5",and have achieved the interdisciplinary talent training model reform.In some core courses,we have carried out the integrated teaching reform of theory and practice to promote the transformation of traditional teaching model to interdisciplinary teaching model.At the same time,the problems in the reform are analyzed from four aspects:the theoretical research of the talent training model reform,the degree of integration with the construction of"new agricultural science",the practical ability of teachers,and the participation degree of society and enterprises.The research results can provide a reference for the training model reform of agricultural undergraduate talents.
