| 摘 要： | 各地经济和社会发展需要对当地多样的高等教育发展提出了不同的要求,也迫切需要建构完善的具有地方色彩的区域高等教育质量保障体系。文章首先在借鉴国外高等教育质量保障体系的基础上,从动态性和整体性的角度对其进行理解;并从区域经济发展的需要入手,以地方政府的评价来促进整体的、区域高等教育质量保障体系建构的角度,呈现高等教育质量保障体系建构方面的思考。

| Abstract: | In view of the needs of local economic and social development,there is an urgent need to construct and perfect regional higher education quality guarantee system.Drawing lessons from foreign higher education quality guarantee system,this article understands it from the dynamic and holistic viewpoint;And from the need of regional economic development,this article explores relevant issues from the angle of local government evaluation to promote the construction of overall and regional higher education quality guarantee system,then presents thinkings on higher education quality guarantee system construction. |
