| 摘 要： | 体育产业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，其规模、结构、层次远没有成熟。内江市作为一个中等城市，体育彩票成为支柱，体育场馆充足，人口基数大，群体健身意识逐步提高，但发展体育产业的政策措施相对滞后，结构失衡，经营管理人才严重缺乏等，制约了体育产业的发展，因此，需要举市发展体育产业，加大改革开放力度，建立健全经营管理人才制度，积极开发多种体育消费市场，以促进体育产业发展． |

| Abstract: | The sports industry is an important component in our national economy, and yet, tts scale, structure, and level are not full-grown at all. As a medium city, Neijiang City has more advantages for development of the sports industry, such as, the pillar sports lottery, sufficient stadium, a large population, and the increasing of consciousness for body-building. However, the development of sports industry has been restrained by many factors its relative stagnant policies, the imbalance of structure, and the lack of expertise in management, etc. Therefore, many measures should be taken to promote the development of sports industry, such as develop sports industry with the involvement of the citizens, enlarge the degree of the reform and opening, establish and perfect the systems of expertise management , and develop actively all kinds of sports consumption market. |
