摘    要:引入平衡记分卡理论,以学生维度、教师责任维度、教学维度以及学习和成长维度,围绕技师学院人才培养目标,构建技师学院双师型教师绩效考核指标体系。在双师型教师绩效管理实践中,加强理论学习,提高认识;确定学校战略目标,提升组织绩效;明确管理职责,提高绩效管理效果;完善激励机制,调动教师的工作积极性和主动性。
