| 摘 要： | 加拿大社区学院办学特色可以概括为四个方面:一是紧贴社区经济,校企深度融合;二是办学自主独立,形式多元灵活;三是能力本位培养,岗位特色鲜明;四是多方筹资办学,国际化趋势明显。借鉴其成功经验,我国应在观念、体制、投入和实践四个方面加强力度,推动高等职业教育健康发展。
