| 摘 要： | 农民工培训是我国现代职业教育的重要组成部分,具有很强的公益性。但在市场经济条件下,农民工培训的公益性在政府投入、企业积极性及职业学校培训意愿和能力等方面正面临严峻的现实挑战。保障农民工培训的公益性,需要政府、企业、职业院校等相关主体,积极采取措施,共同承担培训责任。
