田径教学优化设计与实验研究

摘    要:教学改革首先是教学思想的更新。以现代教学思想为指导,充分借鉴近年教学理论研究的相关成果并结合田径课教学实际,提出了改进教学活动的优化设计。新的设计思想提出要调整教学进度以使教学活动时空因素进一步协同;要突出教学阶段性特征与阶段评价;强调学生主体性与参与意识等,并以此为核心设计教学活动,进行教学实验。研究证明,对课程教学的优化设计程序合理,能够提高学生学习的积极性、主动性,便于教师控制教学。在学时不变的情况下,提高了教学效果。

Abstract:Teaching reform renew the teaching ideas firstly. Guided by modern teaching ideas, this paper issues a optimal desig aimed at improving teaching activity, which makes full use of results of teaching theory studies in these years and is related closely to the practice of track and field teaching. The new design idea points out that teaching schedule should be adjusted to cooperate the time and space elements of teaching, stage feature and stage evaluation should be stressed; and that teaching activity and experiment should be planned and designed centered on students' active participation. The study shows that the optimal designing is reasonable and can raise students' study activity, and increase the teaching effect without decreasing teaching time.
