| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员是党员队伍中最具模范带头作用的群体之一,也是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。近年来高校大力发展党员,致使学生党员的数量与质量不平衡,学生党员的先进性有所弱化。高校党组织应建立健全学生党员发展机制和量化考核激励机制,促进基层学生党员组织多样性活动的开展,培养学生党员增强主体意识,重视社会实践能力的养成。 |

| Abstract: | The college student party members are the groups who have leading functions in the party member troops and they are also the constructers of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Nowadays,the universities are greatly developing party members which leads to the unevenness in quality and quantity of the student party member,besides,the progressiveness of them have been weakened.This article analyses the reason of this phenomenon and summarize some countermeasures to solve it. |
