| 摘 要： | 调压器口盖为钢薄壳空心零件，该零件采用落料和拉深复合模一次冲裁成形，完成其中的4副模具的设计：①落料拉深复合模的设计；②整形模的设计；③切边复合模的设计；④内外缘翻边复合模的设计．以上4副模具的设计在实际冲压模具设计中比较典型，为类似产品的设计提供了一种借鉴．

| Abstract: | Pressure regulator cover,a thin shell hollow part made of steel material,is shaped by using blanking and drawing compound die for blanking and forming,in which four sets of dies are designed including the blanking and drawing compound die,sizing die,trimming compound die,and the outer edge flanging compound die.The design offers a new approach to the similar products. |
