摘    要:基于功能要求确定以蜗杆凸轮组合机构作为汽车座椅上下调节机构的运动方案,基于机构学理论建立该组合机构设计数学模型并在Matlab软件中编程求解,在CATIA软件中建立该组合机构各零件参数化模型并进行虚拟装配,利用基于装配体的有限元分析技术在ANASYS软件中对该组合机构总成数字化模型进行了强刚度分析和评价.最后,给出了一个设计实例.

Abstract:Worm-cam combined mechanism is chosen as the upward-and-downward adjusting mechanism of automobile seat on the basis of functional requirements.The digital design model of this mechanism is built according to mechanism theories,and programs are written in Matlab software to get the solution.Parameterized models of every part of the combined mechanism are built and its virtual assembly is carried out in CATIA.In ANASYS,the strength and rigidity of the integrated digital models is analyzed and evaluated by means of finite element analysis.Finally,a design sample is presented.
