| 摘 要： | 通过对影响理工科大学生毕业设计论文质量的因素分析，提出质量意识、教学管理、经费投入、实验条件、本科学生和指导教师是影响本科毕业设计论文质量的六个相互作用的基本要素，其中以质量意识和指导教师最为关键。当前，优秀指导教师和优质教学资源相对匮乏是理工科大学生毕业设计论文教学工作存在的主要矛盾，并针对当前存在的困难、问题和主要矛盾，提出了提高理工科大学生毕业设计论文质量的基本对策。
