| 摘 要： | 在英语中定语从句的使用频率非常高，对定语从句的理解一直是翻译中经常遇到而又有相当难度的问题。如何正确理解英语定语从句并把它用汉语准确地表达出来显得格外重要。文章并未按传统方式将定语从句分为限制性和非限制性加以讨论，而是通过对比英汉语言差异而归纳出定语从句汉译时的基本规律，并介绍和归纳几种常见的翻译定语从句的方法。

| Abstract: | The understanding of English attributive clause is very complicated yet of great importance in translation. Instead of the traditional way of dividing attributive clauses into the restrictive ones and the non - restrictive ones, this paper tries to find the translation rule of English attributive clause through a comjparative study of the English and the Chinese languages and introduces some translation methods of English attributive clause. |
