亦新亦旧的教育研究方法:角色嫁接研究

摘    要:角色嫁接研究,是一种将导师、研究生、教师、校长和官员等五种社会角色有机地嫁接为行动之大树的教育研究方法,分为起草研究蓝图、修改研究蓝图、实施研究蓝图和研究绩效评估等四个环节,始终遵循继承性、创新性、实践性、科学性和嫁接性等五项原则。角色嫁接研究与教育行动研究之间,的确存在一些共同点,不过,两者之间存在着许多根本的区别。角色嫁接研究是一种值得深入研究和广泛推行的研究范式。

Abstract:The roles-grafting research is an approach to educational studies intended to graft the five social roles of supervisors,graduate students,teachers,principals and officials into a big tree in walking.The approach is divided into four chained and cyclical moments: drafting the research blueprint,revising the research blueprint,executing the research blueprint and assessing performances.The approach always keeps to five basic principles as follows: principle of inheritance,principle of innovation,principle of practicality,principle of scientificity,and principle of grafting.It is certain that there are some similarities between roles-grafting research and educational action research,however,there are many striking differences between the two approaches.Roles-grafting research is a research paradigm which is worth thorough studies and extensive generalization.
