| 摘 要： | 高校社团文化是大学生在长期的社团活动中所创造的物质财富与精神财富的总和，在高校思想政治教育过程中具有多方面的功能。高校社团物质文化的教育引导功能具有吸收辐射和自主导向作用；高校社团制度文化的组织建设功能具有凝聚激励和约束规范作用；高校社团精神文化的心理建构功能具有娱乐陶冶和调节转化作用。因此它对大学生的思想和行为产生潜移默化的影响。

| Abstract: | University's students' society culture is a combination of material wealth and spiritual wealth created in the long-term societal activities.It has functions in ideological and political education of the school.Its educational function leads to absorb radiation and independent guide effect;its organizational building function helps to concentrate,to encourage,and to restrain;its psychological function helps to amuse and regulate.As a result,it has an imperceptible impact on university students' thought and behavior. |
