| 摘 要： | 摘要：针对奥运通信保障工程多项目存在诸多不确定影响因素、并具典型工程多项目管理特征的复杂巨系统，以及多项目资源平衡问题，作者重点研究和提出了采用启发式算法，以及EXCEL建模，建立了多项目资源平衡数据模型。通过实证研究证明，该方法能够有效地解决奥运通信保障工程多项目资源平衡实际问题。
