| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育在近年的大发展是有目共睹的，但一直摆脱不了传统理念的束缚，必须理顺高等职业教育发展与产业集群的关系，在高等职业教育本质内容上、类型范畴上和层次沟通上适配产业集群的发展，从而符合产业集群进一步优化对人才的多元要求。

| Abstract: | The development of higher vocational education is obvious to all in recent years, but it has been unable to shake off the shackles of traditional idea, we must rationalize the relationships between the development of higher vocational education and the industry cluster, it should adapt the development of industry cluster from the higher vocational education essence, the type scope and hierarchy communication , thus to fit personnel＇ s multiple demands for the further optimize of industry cluster. |
