| 摘 要： | 随着对血液中尿酸含量影响的研究发现,控制尿酸含量对于治疗一些疾病有着重要的作用,而尿酸氧化酶作为有效的控制尿酸含量的治疗试剂越来越受到关注。本文综述了尿酸氧化酶的来源、结构、酶学性质以及当前尿酸氧化酶在临床上应用的研究,并对尿酸氧化酶研究和应用中存在的问题和今后研究的发展做了展望。

| Abstract: | With the developing knowledge on the influence of uric acid in serum,it is found that the control of uric acid concentration is very important in curing and preventing some kind of diseases.Uricase as the effective controller is drawing more and more attention.In this article,the source,structure,properties and clinical applications of uricase is reviewed.In addition,some problems and future development of uricase is previewed. |
