| 摘 要： | 在分析造纸机传统供热系统的基础上,设计了基于西门子PLC的热泵供汽控制系统,并给出了热泵DCS系统的硬件配置;采用西门子S7-300系统中型控制器,通过灵活的控制软件,实现热泵供汽压力控制、压差控制及液位控制,使纸机蒸汽系统性能进一步提高。
