| 摘 要： | 徽商为生存和发展而建立起来的"士商平等"经济伦理,其实质是"士商异术而同道",徽商在商业实践中以义为利,奉献社会,实现"士"的情怀,从而赢得300年的商业辉煌.在徽商的经济伦理视野下,现代企业实现可持续发展要吸收中国传统伦理文化中的合理成分,树立现代社会意识,履行社会责任,促进社会和谐发展.
